Elmwood House is a traditionally built stone villa situated in a quiet Conservation Area within easy walking distance to the town centre, Pitlochry Festival Theatre and all local amenities. The front terrace is south facing with lovely open views over the hills. A perfect place to relax!

We offer flexible arrival/departure days, last minute or off-season short breaks (minimum 3 nights, please call us directly). Saturday - Saturday lets can be provisionally reserved online.
