The apartments are on the first floor and have a separate entrance via the main front door (see floor plan).
Each has a large lounge with open plan kitchen/dining area (front facing over the hills), bedroom with (side facing) and bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Tay has a double bed, Tummel has twin beds, which can be made up together with prior notification.
They are fully furnished with leather sofas, TV (Freeview), DVD player, washing machine, refrigerator with integrated freezer, cooker, microwave and hairdryer. Wireless access for your laptop is available free of charge.
Bed linen and towels are provided and hot water is included in the price. Electricity is metered at standard, non profit rate. Also provided is a 'starter pack' of tea, coffee, toilet roll and cleaning materials.
We are no longer with 'Visit Scotland' but we were assessed in 2013 and were awarded 4* (Self Catering) rating.
Please be aware the stairs to the apartments are a wee bit steep and with one handrail.

Parking for one car per apartment is available in the driveway.
Guests are welcome to use the padlocked garden shed at the bottom of the garden for cycles (3-cycle storage rack) or other equipment.
For the convenience of all our guests, no pets are allowed in the apartments and there is no smoking in or immediately around the house.
