Please note that depending on the cleaning protocols required as a result of COVID-19, there may be an additional cleaning charge on top of our normal weekly rates. As soon as we have the relevant information, we will update our website and contact you directly if you have already made a reservation for 2021. Thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented time.
Booking and Cancellations
Deposit of 50 GBP to secure the booking.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Bookings made less than 30 days ahead require immediate full payment.
Refunds are not offered, but any payments made for a cancelled booking can be put towards a future booking. We shall bear no responsibility for the refund of any other costs incurred.
Arrivals and Departures
The apartment will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival.
Check out on day of departure is by 11am.
Should the apartment become unusable for whatever reason prior to arrival, we will endeavor to find suitable alternative accommodation and reimburse you any monies that have been paid to us.
Care of the Property
The guest will notify us of any breakages or damage to the property and may be asked to reimburse, replace, or repair.
The guest shall take care of the apartment and its contents, leaving it and them in the same condition as found.
The apartment and grounds are completely non-smoking.
Infants and children cannot be accommodated.
Pets cannot be accommodated.
