Terms & Conditions

Booking and Cancellations

​

  • Deposit of 50 GBP to secure the booking. 

  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Bookings made less than 30 days ahead require immediate full payment.

  • Cancellation up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival is refunded at 50%.  After which refunds are not offered.  

  • Should the cancelled days be rebooked then we may be able to offer a refund accordingly.

  • All refunds have to be done by bank transfer.

 

Arrivals and Departures

  • The apartment will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival.

  • Check out on the day of departure is by 10am.

  • Should the apartment become unusable for whatever reason prior to arrival, we will endeavour to find suitable alternative accommodation and reimburse you any monies that have been paid to us.

Care of the Property/Code of Conduct

​

  • The guest(s) will notify us of any breakages or damage to the property and may be asked to reimburse, replace, or repair.

  • The guest(s) shall take care of the apartment and its contents, leaving it and them in the same condition as found.

  • ​The guest(s) will be mindful and courteous of neighbours and not make excessive noise.  'Quiet hours' are 9pm - 8am.

  • The apartment and grounds are completely non-smoking.

  • Infants and children cannot be accommodated.

  • Pets cannot be accommodated.

  • The guest(s) will dispose of all rubbish/waste in the appropriate bins as detailed in the Guest Information Folder.

  • ​The guest(s) will review the Guest Information Folder generally, including fire safety and evacuation procedures.
